It was such a golden fall when the weather is pretty pleasant. On Nov.25, all staffs in Shenzhen and Guangzhou gathered in the conference room of Shenzhen International Chamber of Commerce Tower for the meeting under the motto of "show our graciousness, feel the brilliance". Manager of Sales Department 2, Mr. Sam presided this meeting. The main contents are Speech of "show our graciousness", which aim to advocate the enterprise spirit; Working summary and plan by managers of each department; Staffs' promotion; New regulations announcement; and Speech of General Manger, Mr. Jason.

      The grand conference room was overflowing jolliness and festiveness. With euphonious music, the big screen was rolling "Bushjet Staffs Conference" "Show our graciousness, Feel the brilliance", "Speech of showing our graciousness" "Hands in hands, marching fearlessly onward, creating the brilliant tomorrow". The conference was started by Mr.Sam's enthusiastic speech.

      Manager of Project Department, Mr. Henry, the sales Champion, gave us a lecture of Sales Stratagem. With his true story and experience, the speech was combined with theory, practice and interest, which was applauded by all presented there. 

       The managers from each department summarized the achievement and shortages at present, also layed out the plans for future work. On the speech, managers interacted with their staffs, easy and passionate.

       The most exciting moment was to announce the staff's promotion and their presenting thankful words. Muller, the administrative assistant, read out the promotion documents. The executives of each department awarded them the certifications. Lucy, the manager of operation department, gave each of them a warm hug.

       Our Finance Executive, David, read out a document named additional regulations about the system of welfare and reward. This document deeply reflects the purpose of Bushjet, which is "recognition talent to pursue perfect". In order to make further improvement of staff's welfare, improving the system of performance reward, to make steady improvement in staff's living standard and encourage the advanced, our company is to give special consideration to qualified personnel, which is a new step of our company's welfare character.
 
       General Manager Jason gave an important speech of "show our graciousness, feel the brilliance". In his speech, he paid great praise and appreciation to every employee, who works hard in the Bushjet. They worked hard to show their graciousness and devote brilliance to the company. Then he talked about achievement we made and bring forward the hope and requirements to all staffs for future work. It the end, he spoke overflowing with enthusiasm, "showing our graciousness, feeling the brilliance! Let us showing our mien of spring, setting free power of spring, make partners feeling each other's brilliance, make customers feeling your brilliance, make your hopeful friends and relatives feeling your brilliants! Let's hands in hands, marching fearlessly onward, creating the brilliant tomorrow!"
