On July 5, 2008, we held a work summary meeting for the first half of 2008 in the conference room of Shenzhen Evergreen Resort. The attendees were Jason (Board Chairman & General Manager), David (Financial Director), Vice General Manager (Henry), Jack (Brand Management Director), department supervisors from Shenzhen companies and managers from the branch company.

The meeting was chaired by Sam, Manager of Business Division II. Department supervisors from Shenzhen companies and managers from office companies made reports and exchanges on the work performance, team construction, employee evaluation, work review in the first half of 2008 and the work plan of the second half of 2008. The attendees made interactive discussions on the speeches presented by the supervisors. Henry, David and Jack made speeches successively. At last, Jason made a summary of the meeting and came up with a comprehensive summary of our work in the first half of 2008 and raised hopes and requirements for the work of the second half of 2008.
