From 9:00 am to 12:30 am on 18th April, all employees from SZ branch and GZ office of Bushjet carried on a Bushjet Employee Conference ceremoniously which was presided by manager Sam from the 2nd Sales Department in the meeting room of Shenzhen International Center for Chamber of Commerce. The meeting was part of the celebration activity for the 5th anniversary of Bushjet, including promotion part, a series of presentation themed as showing one’s demeanor, special reports and leaders’ speeches and so on.
There were several employees that got promoted. Vice president Henry read the related papers and the general manager Jason issued certificates to them, and then the promotees expressed their excited feeling about the promotion. In the part of presentation, Shirley, Livia, and Elaine marvelously presented the topics which were Gaining Loyalty of the Clients, 2009, a new start, the Service Awareness of Bushjet People respectively. Vice president Henry made an important report Corporate Culture Construction of Bushjet – Team Part and delivered a profound analysis and elaboration from the aspect of the meaning, the aim, the content and implementation of team construction, further clarifying the direction and requirements of it. Eventually, the general manager Jason delivered a crucial speech. He recalled the important issues happened in the past five-year development of Bushjet, and was affirmative to the great accomplishment the employees achieved. What’s more, he made a plan for the next five years and looked forward to the future. During his speech, he invited the employees who have served the company for over 3 years to the stage, and expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation and vowed to all of them for the contributions they made for the development of the company. On the stage, every veteran talked about their experience and feeling in Bushjet sincerely, touching and inspiring all the people. The  whole audience offered endless enthusiastic applauses.
