On 24th Oct morning, we carried out the training session “How to be the Top Sales” in the Jiangsu Hotel. Our Overseas Marketing Director Elaine and South China Sales Marketing Director Sam were giving the lecture and all of the salesmen attended it. The lecture combined actual cases which were elaborated thoroughly and lively. During the discussing session, staff actively asked questions they cared about, the atmosphere came to climax.  General Manager Jason and Deputy General Manager Henry both attended the training meeting, and delivered important speeches.
At that same afternoon, we held a training session for the middle-management team in the meeting room of our company. Deputy General Manager Henry was giving the lecture. He talked about the method of improving the executive ability and forming a harmonious work team in a lively and profound way. It was very helpful and instructive for the middle managers on the further construction of their teams.
