In the morning of 30th, Oct, in order to improve the culture construction of Bushjet, to deeply inspire, unite and inspirit the staff, Mr. Jack who behalf of our company delivered us a special lecture named Growing with Bushjet-Design of Bushjet's Culture. Mr. Jack expatiated the structure and blueprint of Bushjet's culture construction from many aspects-our company, our concept, our management and our proceeding guide etc. This movement pays much attention to mutual conversation and communication, the participators are very active, and the atmosphere is impassioned. After this lecture, all the staff are more clear about the direction of company's development, more deeply realized the management theory, more improved the team spirit and became highly confident.
