On April 9 2005, Bushjet held its anniversary successfully. After one year hard work, Bushjet has grown up in International Forwarding industry with its certain scale staffs, comparatively reasonable management structure, expanding business network and increasing business volume.
       On the anniversary, the general manager Jason gave a speech. Reviewing the great achievements made in every aspect last year, he brought forward the future developing direction of the company, and expressed his hope and demands on the future work. He emphasized to further expand the scale of company, widely absorb more talents, continuously perfect staff's welfare. All his words greatly encouraged staffs' working passion and strenuous spirit. Michelle, from the project department, had made an elaborate preparation and given business knowledge training to the staffs, with the content of Japan Sailing and cooperative shipping companies' market situation. The training enabled staffs to understand the Japan lines much better. Jack gave a speech systematically and roundly on the knowledge of the International Logistics, and put forward some constructive advice according to the company present development: to setup domestic and international network reasonably; to exploit multi-model transportation, airfreight as well as railage market; to strengthen the information construction basing on company's website; to absorb professional logistics talents and to enhance the education and training.
       Sales department, Project Department, Operation Department and Finance Department made a report respectively about the summary of this year and the plan of next year. Andrew, the manager of sales Department advocated, "Strengthen self without stopping, and hold world with virtue" and he molded the sales elites of "excellence, steadiness, exploitation, effectiveness". Besides, he formulated the sales target of 2005 with struggling for new step of sales volume by all means. Henry, the assistant manage of Project Department, brought forward that we should further strengthen the job duty, continuously improve profession level, exploit resource, perfect service quality, innovate constantly, and contribute to the enterprise culture construction. Lucy, the assistant manager of Operation Department, put forward that with the service tenet as "carefulness, patience, concentration", they will improve individual skills and work efficiency, enhance the cooperation with Sales Department and Finance Department, and provide the high quality service to customers. David, manager of Finance Department, advanced that we should further perfect all the financial system, strengthen the financial management, well organize and control finance.
       Our company implements the policy of objectives management, individual-based management and entire quality management, which offers a stage for the self-improvement of employee. In that conference, parts of the employees have been promoted, and "annual excellent employee" was awarded with diploma and bonus. All those promotions and hortation given by the company is to affirm their value, on the other side, is to incite them improving themselves constantly and making more contribution to our company.
       After the conference, our company organized a visit to the Yantian international dock to observe the practical working process of sea transportation. After the dinner, a wonderful party was held to celebrate Bushjet 's one-year birthday, and all the present people enjoyed themselves that night.
