OBushjet all staffs' meeting held in Shenzhen Petrel Hotel on Nov.12, 2005, with topic of "Adjust thought, Standardize system, Consolidate unity and Innovate development". Sales Manager Mr. Andrew presided this meeting. The main contents are Sales Training, Working Summary and Promotion Award etc.

        Ms. Elaine from Overseas Business Department clarified the works of OBD vividly and detailedly. She roundly analyzed about the OBD status and function in BUSHJET and in the whole working procedure, also replied inquiries of sales one by one. Corporation Consultant Mr. Jack gave a lecture of Growth with Bushjet- Cooperation Culture Outline. He explained deeply the Core Value, Corporation Ideal, Marketing Culture, Management Culture, System Culture and Advertisement Culture, which are sparkplug by Bushjet. Significant contents made all staffs know more clearly about Bushjet corporation culture, which set up a spirit exchanging bridge between company and staffs.

        Departments Supervisors Mr Andrew, Mr Henry, Ms Lucy had a speech representing their own departments. Their speeches characterize guileless, polished, inspiring, or soul-stirring. Andrew summarized the sales status of October and prospect sales' work of December, calling on people full of confidence and enthusiasm to make a great achievement. Henry deeply analyzed the current stress of Project Department and share the sales experience with other staffs. Giving examples and facts vividly, he also invited senior sales representatives Sam and Siman to introduce how to maintain the relations with clients. All people benefit a lot from this speech and returned with impassionate applause. Lucy introduced about working division of Operation Department and required their staffs to save cost and spending, provide the best service with Chariness, Patience and duteousness.

        Financial Executive Mr. David announced the promotion and award. Henry was promoted as Manager of Project Department, Lucy was promoted as Manager of Operation Department, Michelle was promoted as Manager Assistance of Guangzhou Branch, Kevin and Owen are promoted as Sales Representatives. Ivy and Jenny were promoted as Operation. Shirley was promoted as Junior Operation. Kevin was awarded Champion of new customers' achievement. Mr. Jason awarded the certificates and prize to them. All promoted and awarded people expressed their touched speech, joy, ardency and applause echoed around the hall.

        General Manager Mr Jason gave a conclusion speech. He bring forward the expectation and requirements on the future work. He told that people's potential were unlimited, and we shall exert fully our potential, actively work hard for our future!

        After the meeting, all staffs had a dinner in Petrel Hotel, enjoying the delicious meal and wine.

        This is great conference evidence Bushjet stepping a new stage. All staffs get together happily, enhance the friendship, and conspire the future. This meeting affirmed the efforts and achievements of all staffs, inspiring and encouraging.
